It’s awesome to see that a hug media source like USA Today
is reporting that this ancient remedy can work in today’s health
care regime.

USA Today reported yesterday that a recent study out of
Saudi Arabia (where myrrh has beenus or centuries as a
medicinal agent) is finding that when used, myrrh can reduce
“bad” cholesterol and increase good” cholesterol.

But here’s the missing piece – no one knows how to use it.

The article says (excerpt second paragraph):

The study author explained that myrrh resin
could be used in conjunction with other plant
materials to boost heart health, although it’s
not clear yet how people might consume it,
and more research is needed.

Well here is a great tip on how to use myrrh
when in doubt:

~ on the bottom of your feet !
