This is such an exciting adventure to be going on – especially with Gary Young! Recreating the “Frankincense Trail” as it ran through Egypt in Biblical times (for the purpose of filming a documentary) will be thrilling and I’m sure will allow us to learn so much about this history – and a rediscovery of the power of this amazing essential oil of Frankincense.

As synchronicity would have it – the BBC just came out with an article on the possible cancer curative components of Frankincense (something we have known all along)

So I’m looking outside of my window right now at the snow falling (the fourth snow fall in 10 days) and am just imaging what it will be like to be in the desert at this time next week!

It’s awesome to see that a hug media source like USA Today
is reporting that this ancient remedy can work in today’s health
care regime.

USA Today reported yesterday that a recent study out of
Saudi Arabia (where myrrh has beenus or centuries as a
medicinal agent) is finding that when used, myrrh can reduce
“bad” cholesterol and increase good” cholesterol.

But here’s the missing piece – no one knows how to use it.

The article says (excerpt second paragraph):

The study author explained that myrrh resin
could be used in conjunction with other plant
materials to boost heart health, although it’s
not clear yet how people might consume it,
and more research is needed.

Well here is a great tip on how to use myrrh
when in doubt:

~ on the bottom of your feet !

There are other great uses for myrhh – here is on
I know about and used personally – for cold sore!
