Strengthen Your Immune System Now!
Here we are at the end of August. . . .boo-hoo. . . .summer went so fast!Â
It’s hard to even fathom the cold weather, but it’s right around the corner and so is cold and flu season.
Now, you might not be thinking of colds and flu just yet - but it will behoove you to do so because you can do a few simple things now at home to build up your immunity against these super bugs and go through the whole season maybe without even a cold.
Here are 2 good things to do now to prevent problems in the fall and winter:
1). Build up the good bacteria in your gut.
“How does one do that?” you might wonder. You start each day with a really good probiotic on an empty stomach (such as Life 5 from Young Living). You can also eat yogurt and cultured vegetables.
2). Order some of the Thieves products from Young Living - especially Inner Defense, and take it on a daily basis. This keeps the immune system strong.

We have a great relationship and wonderful communication, but I really get stressed when I need to leave the house for several hours or if I have to go out of town.
I’m always concerned that he doesn’t understand that I won’t be back for a long time.
I want to deepen my ability to communicate with him.
Now this might sound crazy to you but having been an intuitive for years this is part of my reality.
Animals have not been my specialty ~ although I’m working on this now for personal reasons.

Is it hormonal? emotional? ill-health?
foods? medications? mental stress and worry?
breathing difficulties? tense muscles or pain?
the person next to you?
There are so many possible factors
that can be attributed to sleep disorders.
And there are just as many or more
medication-based “answers” to this problem
that work for some people some of the time.
If this is a problem for you then one of the best
things to do is begin by taking your own inventory.
Make a list of what in your life is
making you feel out of balance and
track that daily for a few days. Notice
if its an ongoing situation that
could be disturbing your sleep.
This process helps you to focus in on yourself and
start paying attention to things in your life and body
that you might not have noticed before. Some imbalances
can be contributing to your problem.
Here are some natural sleep aids and tips that can help you
snooze the night through:
–Keep your bedtime routine consistent
–Make your bedroom as comfortable as possible
-eliminate clutter
-remove televisions,computers,phones, and
unnecessary lighting
–Wear pure cotton (organic is best) sleepwear
–Have comfortable pillows
–Take a Lavender Bath
-a few drops of St. Marie’s Lavender
(my fav from Young Living) in your tub!
–Eliminate Caffeine and Sugar after 12 noon
–Put essential oils on your feet before you
get into bed (see essential oils tips)
–Use a Sleep Affirmation:
“I will sleep deeply and peacefully, to awake in the morning
fresh and full of energy”
